Needed: A Locavore
Description: Supporting small local food businesses by going to CSA's (Community Supported Agricultures) and Saturday Markets. Going to classrooms (K-8) Every other Wednesday to talk about the Harvest of The Month the next day. Records data on who is having hot lunch (lunch at school). Serving food from our garden in the cafeteria. Calculating how far some food suppliers are and how much gas they use. Taking unhealthy foods from the cafeteria and replacing them with healthy and delicious!
